SEOgent provides automated SEO crawling, analysis, and reporting for websites. The Service crawls publicly accessible web pages you specify, analyzes them for SEO issues, and generates reports with actionable recommendations.
3. Billing & Credits
- SEOgent uses a credit-based billing system. You purchase credits and spend them to run scans.
- Credits are purchased as pay-as-you-go — there are no recurring subscriptions.
- You may enable auto-renew, which automatically purchases additional credits when your balance falls below a threshold.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change credit pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to scan.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the crawling infrastructure.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service outside of our official API.
5. Intellectual Property
- Your content: You retain all rights to your websites and content. We do not claim ownership of the sites you scan.
- Scan reports: Reports generated by the Service are provided for your use. You may share them as you see fit.
- Our platform: The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of DGrigg Development Inc.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- SEO recommendations are generated algorithmically and should be reviewed before implementation. We do not guarantee specific search engine ranking outcomes.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DGrigg Development Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless a refund is required by applicable law.
